P205/60 15" or P195/65 15"

i was just wondering if these tire will fit the original 15" alloy rims from 1.7 EL

will it have a great impact on my milage?

sorry, new to these tire stuff.

both will, I run Yoko avid h4's at 205/60/r15 on my Si Alloys, they work wonderfully
