wassup, if your civics a daily driver, what kinda wheels do you ride in? if you gotta daily drivin civ, did you get the flashy rims or the ones in b/w? I am looing all over the place..... Racing Harts, Enkei..... I dunno if it's worth it all for a daily driver. Have to worry about safety, security, protection.... but i want something that looks tight and is light. In my opinion, 17s are most practical for everyday driving. Very comfortable ride, low road noise, and improved steering responce and handling. What did I go with? 17" Konig Tantrums on 215/45/17. My rims weigh in at 19.2 lbs - still a little heavy, but since a lot of members have wheels 22+ pounds, I figured it wasn't too bad. Racing Harts and other lightweight rims are hella nice, but I didn't want to spend the extra $$ for them, and lightweight rims are more fragile as well. Just my .2 cents

I'm on Tezno Shu-4. I've had my share of scary experiences with pot holes, bad road construction, and rail road tracks. I think TEnzo isn't light, but it was built for daily drivers to handle the everyday road stress. I have no dents so far. Someday when I get older and out of college with a good job, I'll probably rebuild my car with $$$ rims, but for now, it's my worn in and comfortable Shu's...hehe.

I ride on 225 40 18 tires with Kronix Insignia rims. Rides pretty good. Thinking of riding on 225 40 19 with some racing harts. Not to sure how low I can go because of the big tire. I don't want to go with 225 35 19 becuase it will ride like ****. If anyone has pics of a civic with 225 40 19 please post so I can see. People say they won't fit but my friend has 19s with 225 35 and has a pretty big gap. He just put some sportlines and he says he doesn't rub. I'm guessing the 225 40 wouldnt rub with the pro kit.

I didn't know they made the Azenis in that size. Do you have any pics of them?

I have $1500 in wheels and tires on my ride. Drivin daily since I got em. DO NOT go with a light wheel an a daily driver. light=weak
You will be replacin wheels more often than you fill up for gas.

Rollin on ASA JS5 18x7.5's with Dunlop 215/40/18's. Car gets driven over 100miles a day. Only bad thing is the tires do have a little road noise cause of the tread design....its worth it though. Ride is pretty much the same as stock.

most wheels betweeen 15' and 17's are practical for a daily driver. but if you want some light wheels you can get the spoon sports sw388 15's. They weigh 8.6lbs each but cost bout 4hundred bucks a wheel

Well...

17's are best, on 40 rated tires...for daily driving.

But i drive everyday on 18's with 40 rated tires...

I'm looking into some new racing harts....m5000's or M5's

Well I want the RS6 but the time I get the cash summer work will be over and the rain will be going to happen in no time. So I may or may not get them and just put that Grand in my pocket and just run on the 15" hubs. But I want the 17" RS6 best all around size I have found, but yeah no matter what size you still have the chance for theft, people steall hubs and tires here so who knows

Nick

im riding on ADRs and they are my first set of 17's. i love em, 7 spoke, nice and shiny silver. potholes scare the bejeezus out of me. 100% improvement on turning and body roll....seems to stick better than the lx tires even though we still have basically no swaybars. lol

ADR RPM.....the people at the tx meet will get to see them, hopefully they will post pics since i havent the equipment to....
