Wheel Connection

The RS Phase II rims, 17X7.

Also if they do fit how far can i drop my car (97 Honda Civic EX) without worrying about rubbage?

Link didn't work. Fixed it. . Of course they'll fit. You could even do the 18's if you wanted, I think.

Safe to drop it 2" then with 17's?
