Need Some Input Before I Buy Wheels

Before I buy my wheels I want to make sure everything is going to fit together well.

Neuspeed Sport Springs (55.20.62) 1.75 drop in front & 1.5 drop in rear - Koni Yellows - SPC front & rear camber kits - 18" x 7.5" wheels with 42mm offset - 215/40/18 rubber.

You guys with 18's...will I have any rubbing problems, will I need to roll the fenders, etc.? Any suggestions, opinions, or recommendations on the above setup would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention that I have a body kit also, front lip - side skirts - rear valance.

My recommend: 17s. It's a happy compromise.

Ya I think you will have rubbing problems, you might have to roll your fenders or switch to 35 series tire? And We can hook you up with a deal on some rims and everything else:

Check it?

Definatley stick w/ 18's.....you'll be happy, trust me........and w/ 40 series, and the neuspeeds,.....you should be perfectly fine,......I am pretty dam'd sure they wont rub,........
I have the H&R sports, and 18's(35 series though) And I've had 5 people in my car, hit some serious dips and still no rub,.......
I'm getting 40 series tires nextgood choice........
Nice setup bro...you'll love it.......
(and there was someone on here (streettrenz I believe) had 18's that weighed less than stock wheels for like 1300$(thats with tires) )
good luck

you can't go wrong with 17's but 18's definitely look more flashy and attention getters.

If worst comes to worst you can always get 35 series tires

My biggest decision now is whether or not to stay with the Neuspeed Sport springs & Koni combination or go with the H&R cup kit when it becomes available. Both cost about the same. Any thoughts? I don't really care about changing height, I just want to get a nice looking & practical drop and leave it alone.

Still having a hard time with what drop to go with. Here is my situation now....18's with 215/40 rubber, full body kit, daily driver doing a LOT of traveling to shows (audio competition), SPC front & rear camber kits. I'd considered the H&R cup kit which should be out the end of the summer last I heard which provides a 2" drop all around, the Eibach Pro-Kit, or the Neuspeed Sport springs.

I'm thinking the 2" drop with the cup kit is too much for my situation. What would be the most practical solution to go with given the above info? I've seen a few of the Member's Rides pics that have 18's with the Pro-Kit and they look great. The Neuspeed Sports don't seem to drop that much more and I would also risk my shocks blowing sooner than with the Pros, plus I can't find anyone who has the Coupe specific springs in stock, 55.20.62. But the Neuspeed drop looks good as well, just wondering if it would be too much with the 18's and body kit.

Anyway, just looking for some more opinions. Tough decision. Thanks for reading.

215 40's w/the18's on a 2inch drop--might be rubbing...If I was you, i'd get the rims and tires put them on the car then take it from there.
