drum problem

ok, so i bought everything new and everything was installed good.

new adjuster, springs kit and etc. new shoes.

on one side it feels ok, when i spin the wheel there is some kind of resistance and it looks good.

But on the other side, left side, everything seems good but the wheel spins freely and for some reason i need to tighten the adjuster almost all the way for the drum to fit in (then the top spring seems loose). And the hand brake doesnt work good. and i can hear the shoes rub inside the drum. Any ideas how to make the drum go in correctly without screwing the adjuster all the way? maybe i will take a picture tomorrow. and post it here.

I tried a couple of things but it didnt seem to do anything.

Re: drum problem

there should be no resistance on either side with the park brake off.

When I did mine both needed adjustment and the e-brake did nothing at all until I drove it in reverse with the brake on about 20 times for 50 meters.

Please post a picture of each side (with the drums off, obviously; lol).
