Need to replace all 4 wheels

Skipping the details, a Honda dealership told me I need to replace all 4 wheels. Just for parts they quoted me at $661, I have a 2005 VP Civic.
I'd prefer to have OE parts, but $661 is a bit too much.

Right now I'm looking at these:
*MB Wheels Vector at $85ea, and I don't think they look too bad.
*Cheap eBay wheel, but they seem too cheap, I don't want anything that will bend easily on me.

I also found this website http://www.hondapartscheap.com/auto-.../wheel-ka-scat
But it's all confusing to me, can someone explain to me the difference between DISK, WHEEL (14X5 1/2JJ) (BLACK) (CHUO) and
DISK, WHEEL (14X4T) (TOPY) ?

Thanks for any advice!

Re: Need to replace all 4 wheels

I have to see a photo of these rim... If you have a 2005 I couldn't see any excuse why they would need to be replaced unless the beadlock is bent from a bump or etc...

Like compare I have a friend with a first gen civic with the same rims that where factory oem to that specific car and still runs them, yes they have been sanded and painted to give them a original look again, thus is why I am dumb founded by why a dealer would say such a thing... Again photos speak a million words, and it might save you a few hundred bucks.

BTW, be vary careful about the ebay approach since in China where I assume you are looking at the rim are from, they do not have to reach an ISO or SAE standard. So what you're most likely getting is yes steel rims but also chances are a weak low carbon content steel rim meaning it will bend easier than my ex... lol Anyways...

If you want to also take opportunity to get a custom look and the rims are done, nows the time... People sometimes think you may have to spend thousands for custom rims, but in fact its not true, diamond racing rims, aero racing rims, and tons more to name of you can get for tops $80 a rim, but if you want the factory style look at local auto wreckers, some charge anywhere between 20 to 50 a rim, hell people sometimes give them away from free on craigslist.

Hope that helps but post a photo of what they say the issue is. Unless its for winter driving then head right to an auto wrecker.

Re: Need to replace all 4 wheels

Basically, the front right wheel is bent. All the wheels I currently have are aftermarket, so I have to replace all of them. (I realize I could find a rim that's the same size but I don't want a rim that doesn't match the rest).

I also want to get this problem solved once and for all, I'm not too eager to cheap out. This is the rim that's bent https://www.dropbox.com/s/xwd4llnk0d...52726.jpg?dl=0

Thanks, but is there a difference between the two links from that website I posted?
If they really are OEM Honda parts, wouldn't those be the best bet?

Also, these MB wheels I want have 5 holes for nuts, but the ones I have have 4 holes, does that mean I can't use the MB wheels?

Not sure what you are really wanting but if it's to save a few buck, ask the dealer if he has any take-off. My local dealer had a stack of brand new but of course used take-offs. Got to ask. You may find a better deal swapping them out at a tire place once you acquire the rims..

Fallow what RIPSAW says. And just incase you end up looking for a replacement rim, and this is a rainman moment; you have Sports Edition E3 Rims (KOSEI ALUMINUM CO. LTD) 17x7 with a 4x100 bolt pattern (Part# PE3 712ADC) on 205/45/R17 tires. Just incase you don't know what rim you have, more info the better I say...
