Wheel locks...HELP!

Hey so I just bought a 04 honda civic. It came with some Enkei wheels 15in and it had not wheel locks. The rims are in fair to good condition, I just rather not take the chance of waking up one morning and my wheels are long gone. I wanted to put some wheel locks on just incase. I bought some from Autozone, then I began to think how someone could just buy the exact same style of lock and use them just steal my wheels. I may be over thinking it, but there are thieves that are geniuses when it comes to these kind of things. Anyone got any input???

Re: Wheel locks...HELP!

Would anyone recommend wheel locks purchased from Autozone or O'reillys? Rather not spend a ton on wheel locks.

Re: Wheel locks...HELP!

Are they factory rims? or aftermarket?
It makes a difference because factory rims require ball type lugs, while most aftermarket rims use a cone shaped lug.

I have KYO-EI Bull locks, they work great and look like stock. $50 on ebay.
I'd prefer to have some kind of locking system rather than not.

But I also know if someone really wanted your rims, no amount of locks will be able to deter them from stealing them.
