205/50 or 205/55

So guys, I have been looking for some new tires. I found some nice summer tire on sale
Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 , only with 205/55R16
will this work on my car? I have a 01 civic~
or I have to go with 205/50?? kinda worry about rubbing

205/55/16 is too big. it'll look like you're running on oversized donuts.

205/50/15 will be perfect as it is lighter, better performance in handling (less sidewall flex), and wont throw off your speedo.
