need help with choosing new offset and fit

Background:
I am currently lowered on tein s techs and dropzone shocks. I put HR spacers up front, the big 25mm ones. I have 2 15in subwoofers so I will most likely have to roll the fenders with the new mod.

I am in the market for new wheels/tires, probably 215/45/17.

I was interested in the enkei Nt03 M. They are 7.5in wide. I was wondering if this is way too wide or if i can make it work. Also they come in 2 offset choices. +45 and +40. The +45 offset is much cheaper than the +40. I was wondering if someone experienced could enlighten me on which one they would pick and why.

Thank you for your time.

The H&R's come with new bolts for the lugs. It looks awesome but i wouldn't recommend the mod. My bearings are leaking oil and the half shaft needs to be replaced. Oh well.
