Alright i just got me another civic. This time it is black and i need to get some advice on the color of rims would look best. I have been looking at some all black and some others that are black with the chrome lip.any advice or pictures that could show me some looks would be awsome.

well what "theme" you going for? the whole blacked out thing or the JDM thing. if your going for the blacked out thing i would say the black w/ lip if your going for the jdm rota grids in bronze.

i dont like these kinds of threads.. the color of your wheel should be your decision and shouldnt need advice from other people, if its something you like and you think it flows well then you should choose that. not what other people think will look cool... no matter how many good or bad comments you get, its still your money and what youre driving. you should decide this kind of thing on your own, nobody else is going to be driving your car around.. but for the sake of getting yelled at for my input...choose purple wheels with a green lip.

hrmm. i'd say some gold work's on a blk or white car..Chris's old look, and then some oem blk heads, titan exhaust. and a takata seat belts with vision seats.. and re-wrap the rears in red. and get red carpet.. other wise..get some 19s and coilovers and ride with a lip

Personally I love the Tenzo DC-6 V1s in matte gunmetal. In fact, I will be buying these as my birthday present to me in April. Me likes a lot. Don't get them dark03civic, they'll look terrible on your car.

lol. Well, im not a fan of brownish cars, so I won't paint mine to match. You really can't go wrong with black though. Like I said, I like black on black BUT I think red and black is good too. As long as it is done right.

i think that black wheels with a red lip look nice, but you do see it a lot. bronze is also a nice color, but is also very popular. i think that a really nice set of white wheels would be nice to see on a black car - i don't see it as much as the other colors. you could always rock steelies...

Yea but white wheels on black cars would in my view look terrible. I just got rid of my first civic that was a 94 and it was red with white wheels, so i am trying to get a new look. I have been looking at some different wheels with the black and chrome lip..But thanks for a little bit of advice
