what wheels are these?

anyone here by chance familiar with what rims are on this car? i dig the sh*t out of these wheels!! the car all together looks good as hell though.

Is that a factory paint job? It looks awsome, then again there are some very nice factory paint jobs for our cars. I would like it better if the rims were 17 or 18. 19 is just to big IMO.
