Rear Drums locked

WTF, Okay so its really windy and cold this morning, I turned on the car, warmed it up and when I took the E-Brake off... it didnt go all the way down...so I pulled up and put back down and lifts up some...
ok so I try to pull off, nope, rear brake is still engaged.
Great way to start my friday morning, I just got back from work turned on the car and see if maybe they disengaged...wtf.. still locked up..
This ever happen to anyone? Give me some tips, I got a booty call to attend and no ride equals no booty...lmao..

OKay went back out after leaving the car in the garage this time and warmed up...sons of b1tches disengaged and its back to normal...
Ah well least Friday night is looking good...

prolly the pads got frozen onto the drum and warming it up just released them
