Those wheels are Kerscher KCS's. And they are pure sex.

Nitto Neogens 215/35/19

Previous owner was a 7thgen member from Florida. He rashed up a few sides. I haven't hit anything with them (I'm pretty **** about that stuff). 19's will get minor bends in them from stuff like potholes since you're riding on a rubberband essentially. I just put one new tire on that was warrantied. Wheels look great but 19" rubber isn't cheap. I spend about $140 a tire.

This hurts me to do but the wheel that I put a new tire on 2 days ago has 2 minor cracks, both less than an inch from when the last tire went out. Now it's keeping it from holding air. I'm gonna sell these for $650 + shipping to first buyer. Hurts me like hell, but I need wheels for a Vegas trip next week.

okay, on that pic of the grey euro civic, what is the offset, and width of those rims. And were the fenders and quartes pulled or rolled to fit that, and how was the rear camber set that negative?? answer would be greatly appreciated.

The Euro Belgian Civic (paint is actually Opel Manta colour), the Kerscher's are not 19s, they are 8.5x18in on the front and 9.5x18in on the rear with 215/35s and 225/40 Toyo Proxes, running KW coilovers (same as me!!! Well, when i get them on anyway).
His arches have been rolled/shaved and pulled out or extended if you like.

Here's a couple of pics of his car in the build stage:

His car used to look like this:

Then this:

Then he saw sense and turned it into this creation of pure beauty:

Yeah mate, i think its my fave EM2 ever aswell. Just wish i had the mega-money for some wheels like those.
Anyway, more pics, as requested:
(Note the deleted rear foglight... US guys want to fit one, Euro guys want to get rid of it!)

Another of its hideous phases:
