Have your brakes checked, you may be running in to whats called brake drag, or the brakes them selves may have worn un-evenly and your hitting the backing pad...
I had a high pitch squeal problem like that....turns out that one of the screws holding the rotor to the hub was loose (probably when I got my wheel bearings fixed). just tighten it with an impact wrench if thats the problem.
