Where did you go to get your rims installed?
Yeah, and how much did it cost, im not sure where to go to get mine done, and what price i should expect... btw my car is on stock steelies and i just bought new konig heliums

Are the tires on the rims? If so put them on urself!! thats an easy thing to do. If not any tire shop should be able to do them for you. Some might tell U that since U did not buy the tires from them they wont be able to do it. So ur gonna have to call around man.

Rep Power: 348 Okay, then, They're going to charge you for mount/dismount twice and a balance if you want it. At Wal-Mart they'd charge you around 45 dollars for it. Other places I've seen the same services go fo around 70 bucks

Rep Power: 348 Each shop is different. It truly depends on the TLE manager and how well he wants the shop to look and the kind of people he hires. But the good thing about Wal-Mart is that if ANYTHING happens to your rims, tires, or car, they will take care of it. Trust me, from first hand experience, they'd rather pay money then have a customer badmouthing them. Anything to make them happy, was the motto of my district manager. You would not believe some of the outrageous insurance claims that we paid out on.

Hey i went today to get my wheels put on my car, it cost $72 for dismount/mount + balancing, this was at wal-mart
this was the cheapest place i found and they did a good job

Rep Power: 348 Holy ****, Either someone *** raped you or double charged you or something. Either that or the prices where you live are twice what they are here. I know at my Wal-Mart it was 7.50/tire for a balance and 3.50/tire for a mount or dismount. If you would have came into this one you shouldn't have been charged more then 58 bucks, and that was if I wasn't out in the shop. Usually when people wanted to do something like this I only charged them for one mount, which would have cost 44 total.

Rep Power: 0 I dunno man where i live they dont even normally do after market tires, i had to like speak the manager and stuff. Im not sure if you know but i drove there with the car i wanted them to put the wheels on. They had to take my tires off my car and off the old wheels and put the tires on the new wheels.

Rep Power: 0 Dude you should have came to me. I'm from Just Tires and i wouldn't charge that crazy price. Probaby buy me a pack of cigz and 20 bucks and ill do it for you. Take care of it like it was my own rims.

Rep Power: 584 firestone or stp or go to tirerack.com and installers or whatever and see what theyre recommended installers are in your area. doesnt really matter if you didnt get the rims from tirerack or whatever, its just a list of shops that are fairly reliable and trustworthy.
