Slightly different radius up front, Problems?
Alright, heres the deal
The front tires on the 'ol civ are shot, we're talkin like almost bald here. Having some gross Dunlop SP 20 FE's, I've decided to upgrade to some Yokohama AVS ES100's (Its fairly wet here in Newfoundland, sick of hydroplaining). The problem is they dont come in the stock 185/70R/14's, and I'm also too poor to buy 4. Sos I was wonderin if throwin a set of 185/60R/14's on the front would cause me any major problems, besides the obvious making me look like a tool for a couple weeks til I could afford another 2 for the rear.
Yes I am an Uber n00b, thanks for noticing.

ABS will go insane because the speed sensors won't agree. Get 4. If you can't get 4, either get tires cheaper than ES100s, put them on a CC or pick 2 tires that come in the size you need to keep.
