i just got my new wheels in and the tires arent marked so i have no idea which one goes where, should the end of those lines (facing up) face towards the back of the car or the front, im guessing the front

this one would be the front passenger side than right?

Well, depends. Do you have directional tires?? If you don't, I don't think it really matters.
If you do have directional tires, it will tell you the direction the tires are suppose to go in. Some tires have "left" and "right" marked on them as well.
btw, I don't think you have directional tires. They don't look like directional tires to me.
what kind of tires are they??

kumho ecsta, none of the tires have directional arrows on them, they all just say outside on the outside edge which im guessing was for mounting the tires
here are all four tires lined up

im guessing it doesnt matter since they all look the same

What you got there is an Asymetrical tread pattern. It doesn't matter how they go on the car. What matters is how the tires are mounted onto the rims. They have to be mounted with the "outside" part of the tread pattern facing out, because no matter where you put them on the car, that tread block is going to be facing outwards

On a sidewall of my Kumho Ecsta 712 I have little arrow "----->" and it says "direction", find this thing on the sidewall of your tire and make sure the arrow will point to the forwarding direction, if you dont have nothing about direction of rotation on your tires, then it doesnt matter.
i would just follow what look like arrows designed into the sidewall pattern and go with that, but, if in doubt, just throw one in the truck and take it down to your local tire shop I'm sure they can help you out...i really can't tell because crappy pics pwns j00!!!

the tires? they all look the same and they say outside on the outside edge, i think they are on right, no directional arrows at all so i dont think it matters
When Mounted On The Car, All The Treads Should Be Facing The Same Way
here is some more info, figure out what kind of tread you have:
Mounting
Tires with a "directional" tread design are intended to roll and perform in a specific direction. The sidewall has arrows indicating the rolling direction of the tire. If installed in the wrong direction, the tire will not provide optimum performance. However, no damage or premature wear to the tire will result. The tire should be dismounted and remounted to roll in the proper direction.
"Unidirectional" tires are designed to operate on a specific side of the vehicle. If installed in the wrong position, the tire will not provide optimum performance. However, no damage or premature wear to the tire will result. The tire should be dismounted and remounted to roll in the proper direction on the proper side of the vehicle.
Asymmetrical tires are designed to improve handling and reduce noise. These tires can rotate in either direction with the correct side facing out as indicated on the sidewall. If installed with the wrong side facing out, the tire will not provide optimum performance. However, no damage or premature wear to the tire will result. Simply have it dismounted and reinstalled correctly.
