Just got my wheels on Tuesday, but two of them weren't flawless. Check out the pics. I called wheelsnext and the general manager is going to look at the pics and determine a resoltion. The customer service rep wanted to know if wanted a discount, I told her I wanted flawless wheels. I could live with the marks on the wheel in pics 3 and 4. So bummed out about this....

Tracy with customer service called and said the general manager is offering a $100 discount. I told her make it $200 or they can pick the wheels up and credit my money back. She is going to call back on Monday. This is so ridiculous. Why would the idiots even ship the wheels if they were damaged.

Well, it's B.S. spending a good amount of money only to receive a damaged product. They claimed they can't send replacements because the wheel is out of stock, but I called back and spoke to two sales reps, who both stated there were 3 sets in stock.

18" Axis Mods in black, Tracy the customer service rep said they could have the wheels picked and exchange them for another set. Not what I wanted, but I was kind of considering the new Tenzo GF7.

**UPDATE: 9:16 AM
Just spoke to Tracy. She said the general manager approved $150 credit. I asked her why the other sales reps told me there were more in stock, she siad those were either a diff. color or offset. Although she did say that when more wheels came in they would contact me and sell me a replacement at a discounted price. And, yes, I am getting that in writing.
