had to bring back my old *** thread coz im finally getting these rims wednesday. Im actually getting them in hyper black instead of anthracite
Since, I live in Michigan...not gonna have a drop YET. Ill have to see what it looks like before I consider dropping it b/c the Michigan winters are a b1tch for lowered cars. Getting some Toyo Proxes as well with them.
Ill post pics wednesday night-ish :-)
Well, I got them a day earlier, and here they are. Dont think I will get a drop coz I think they look good w/o one

I have a question though....the salesman told me that these rims are powdercoated and more durable than other rims. I asked him about keeping them on in the winter b/c the tires on my steelies are damn near bald and Ill prolly get into an accident w/ them in the winter. So, my question is...should I keep these wheels on in the winter and just wash them out, so salt doesnt build up and eat away at them or put the steelies back on and save up for new tires for those?
I do agree that it will look much better w/ a drop. They're in my plans :-D Im actually lookin into the eibach pro kit for a slight drop considering I do live in Michigan...civicman1988 knows what im talkin about lol
Yeahh lewal...it took me a while to find my old thread lol
Yes CenZ is correct
thanks for all the compliments.

powdercoated or not, dont drive them in the winter. that salt that they put down on the streets does nasty things to metal...its a real PIA getting the spots off, plus you might as well put dedicated all season tires on the steelies so you have traction in the winter and use the nice rims w/ performance summer tires and tare it up. hehe

^^ What he said. You will be much happier in the snow with some smaller dedicated all season tires, and you don't have to run them as long as you would think. Plus, you will be keeping your good wheels looking nice for summer and then it is almost like getting new wheels all over again!

i was thinking that but now im just gunna change my tires before winter and snow Your better off switching them Its not safe to drive in snow Those are summer tires ur stock steelies are all season tires

thanks guys! I also noticed something new with these rims. My axxiss brake pads dont squeak anymore. I have no idea why new rims could have caused this other than more airflow? Anyways. thanks for the compliments guys!
