I've got an 02 HX with stock 14" alloys. I've been buying the cheap *** tires at discount for a while now, but I keep having to take them to be balanced cuz the way i drive. So i want to upgrade to a hi performance tire that will give me nice traction as well as life... any suggestions?

High performance tires will give you more traction but with any high performance tire, you trade off the life of the tire because of softer compounds in tires that help stick to the road.

Well, I know that... I was just asking for suggestions on a tire thats has good performance and good life. Of course its not going to last that long...

kumho is my favorite tire and glad to see another HX owner
