lug nut torque for after market wheels...?

i've been wanting to know what the lug nut torque should be set for my new 17 inch enkei mm2 wheels once i put them on my car. i know that my car's OEM stock wheel lug nuts are torqued at like 79.6? or in other words, 80 Ft Pound torque. i'm wondering if when they install my wheels with new tires that they know how much torque should be set for the new wheels and their new lug nuts. what do you guys think? should my new wheels and new lug nuts they came with be set to 80 Ft pound torque also?

the wheels doesn't dictate the torque, the size of the stud does. So yes, same 80 lb-ft, as the manual says.

If your worried, watch them do it, or they will just use the impact wrech to blast those lugs on.

I'd ask them to use a torque wrench to torque them down to spec. Any proper tire shop should own a torque wrench. If they don't agree to do it or don't have a torque wrench, don't go there.
