For those that have a bodykit:

How do you guys change a flat? How do you get a jack under your sideskirts to lift the car? Just curious, I've wondered about that

Very carefully haha. I got a kit with 19's that tuck so much im barely off the ground.....of course my toyos never go flat . Certain jacks are made very low to the ground so you have to invest in those. If you take care of your car then you shouldnt have that big of a problem.

Yeah, but you cant raise the car up on the skirts, do you put something on the jack once it's under so that the jack raises up on the frame, and not the fiberglass?

I love the fact that you think nails and screws run&hide when they see your tires coming... you're in deeper **** with lower profile tires....less chance of repairing properly and more possibility of damaging rim face and interior if you get say a 4 inch nail... JMO

Use the stock jack to start the lifting process, then use a floor jack to finish it off.

recommended is to have small blocks of wood to drive up on then I have a low profile floor jack but the factory jack works well for that also.

keep a block of wood in the trunk...it was bad enough trying to get a jack under there with air in my tires....the day i had a flat, i had taken the block out for something and spent 10 minutes looking for a big enough rock or limb on the side of the road...side skirt was almost in the dirt...

Where did you get that information from? Ill send ya some of toyos books and you can read up if ya want? You will find that you are not necessarily in deeper **** with low pros. You might actually find that their tires are so advnaced now that there might even be more advantages compared to big ol boy tires. Not arugueing but seriously I speak not only as a cousin of one of their distributers/manufactures/crew but also as a customer who has never had a problem. And the stock jack is ok but not a good idea when your this low. Wood is good

lol i didnt say all toyos were like that. Their new stuff is very impressive.
However im curious as to how that hole happened? The FZ4 comes with polyester casing, jointless edge and cap ply, high grip thread compounds, full width steel belts, jointless beadwire and has a refined casting profile for good directionaly stability while maintaining a confortable ride. I actually used to have the FZ4s because i didnt know of their better products but it is typically a very stong tire. Believe it or not the T1-S is actually around the same price range and offers more wet/dry grip, steering responce and DSOC 2 Technology, its not typically used on civics but i think it could be helpfull to you as far as a stong tire.

Yup, this is what I do. OEM jack first, then a big jack. Just be sure to have the oem jack back in place before lowering the big jack.

If it's the rear tires I will jack from the back axel and lift up both rear wheels, it's its the front then I will remove the front bumper and jack from the reinforced frame.
