Rims on my Civic? (again...)

so I can fit 16" - 19" nice... and that wont effect my turnin, I wont have to modify anything, they just fit and how bout suspension? will I have to dodge every bump on the road (or does that just depend on the rims?) and will I feel every bump more/same? I am thinkin of gettin 19" rims if they will cause no problem, thanks for everyone that posted in my last post.

ps why did they close my last one?

if yo uget 19's your going to want to upgrade your brakes. and you will have to run like 35 series tires so it will be vey bumpy. it will also kill your gas mileage.
