just wondering if anyone has painted the lip of their steelies chrome...if not, what do u guys think of this idea...just curious

no way. Either take off your hubcaps and hit the steelies up with some gloss black and a clear, or even silver/gunmetal and a clear. but do not go so far as putting or painting a chrome lip on one.

lol.....it was just an idea...i was looking at them one day and was wondering how it would look....ill give it try and see how it will look....if it turns out horrible, ill just slapthe covers back on.

there was an 01 or 02 red ex coupe on powdercoated hubs, didnt look bad at all...

I finally did it....and.............i love it....it turned out alot better than i thought...i know alot of u think its gay..i actually was thinking the same thing, but u never know until u do it...i was just wondering if someone can give me their email address so i can send u the pic to post for me....for all u guys to see what painted steelies look like with a chrome lip. thanks for your thoughts guys
