Wheel Size for Brake Conversion and current brake issue!

Anybody know what size rims you have to have to convert your stock rotors to the powerslot big brake kit? Im thinkin with the larger rotor and the caliper sitting even further out on the rotor, that 17's wont be large enough to clear it! What do you guyz think or know? Also I had new pads put on my oem discs and had them resurfaced at the begining of this year and had the rear brakes adjusted and I noticed about 2 months or so later that it felt like my car was slowly lurching forward whenever i engage the foot brake! It is more like a slow back and forth motion. Sometimes it even does it when im not pressing the foot brake! It is annoying as hell and probably isnt good for the system but before i take it to the shop and have them overcharge me, i want to see if anybody here knows what the problem might be! Thanks in advance!
