Brake problem please help

This kind is kind of a newb question but... everytime i press my brakes the brakes start to squeal like their rubbing against something... and even when the brakes are not pressed and i turn the squealing comes back... and this noise is most noticeable when im in reverse u can hear the brakes squeal and its sounds like theyre rubbing against something (even when not pressing the brakes it comes)... this noise i noticed is only coming from the front passenger wheel... do i need to change my brake pads?

any help would be great please...

thanks
