Buying new tires

Hey everyone, I am buying my tires online for a good deal, but I am completely lost for the installation. Where can I get them installed, and how much is it going to cost? also, any extra charges that I should be aware of? and any scandulous crap they gonna try and pull on me like, you need wheel alignment, and extra 100 dollars, you know what i mean? thanks, bye

you will need to get it aligned cuz the wheels have to come off, or you could not get it aligned and have to replace the tires a **** load of miles earlier then you would have to if you had gotten it aligned.

You don't have to get a align when the tires come off the car. But when the old tires come off you can easily see if you have a align prob .

1) post in the right forum
2) You DO NOT need an alignment everytime you take your wheels off. You do need one if you mess with the suspension.
3) usually shops will rape you on install charges. You will get the tires cheap online and then they will charge you like $40-60 a tire to put on. That is how they make you buy from them. Before you buy tires, I suggest calling around to see how much it would be mount them. It might be MORE expensive to buy them online and then have them mounted.

I usually pay around $10-$15 per tire to get them mounted, balanced, with new stems. Rear mounted weights and/or tape weights only.

Last time it was $7 to mount the tire, $3 to balance the tire, $2 for new valve stem. This was for a 205-60-15 Kumho ECSTA HP4 716 on a Konig Villian.

If you are a member at sams it is $9 a tire and thats mount, balance, new valve stems, everything and if you buy the tires from us then it includes the road hazard.
