hp+ review...

Hi!

I just installed a set of Brembo discs w/ HP+ pads from Hawk.
I tought that my HPS were good, they were ok but nothing
compared to the HP+. They grab so hard that it's scarry. At
first, it was difficult to control but after a couple of stop, I
was used to that much stopping power. With the HPS, after
10 hard stop, they were fading... With the HP+, when they
become hot, they grab more and more and way more. They
are not the usual brake pads...

On the down side, they scream like when a bus or a big truck
stop. When they are cold, I can ear some scratching noise.
When they are hot (after 5 good stop) they become quiet like
normal brake pads.

A note about the brake dust: a storm of dust... My silver lip was
gun metal after only 12 KM. But I realy don't care, they are so
powerfull...

Feel free to asq questions if you want...

Philippe.

they grab like...

They grab better than the stock ones when they
are cold... The only thing is that they make noise
when they are cold... You will not miss the first stop
in the morning.

I just put some Hawk pads(PS i BELIEVE) on my crossed drilled sloted rotors and the car comes to a complete stop fast. I like them better than stock and Raybestos.
