Best tires for 18x7.5's

I just ordered Chrome Konig Prophets 18x7.5. What would the best tire be i want a decent ride and i don't want any problems turning or anything. I am thinking about 225/40/18. Please give me your input. Also anyone have any 18 inch tires forsale or know where i can get a set cheap. I will appreciate your help.

will a 215 fit on a 7.5 rim?

offset

the offset is 45

so basically will i b fine with a 225/40/18 on a 18x7.5 rim and an offset of 45 with no problems with rubbing while turning or hitting fenders please help i ordered the wheels but am so confused on tires

i have 225/40/18 on my car and i don't have any problems. are you planning on lowering your car? if so how much, cause that will effect what size tire you can fit without rubbing. and yes a 215 will fit fine on a 7.5 wheel
