The EX Rims

Mine is an 02 EX that comes with a 15" hub caps. The factory tire size is 185/65. I notice that the 04 & above that comes with 15" alloy, it comes with a 195/60 tires. Are both rims 15X6 or the later model has a slightly wider rims? Thanks guys

2003 ex coupe's came with the si rims (7 spoke alloys) which are 15x6. not sure about 2003 ex sedans? but these came with 185/65/15 firestone tires. heres the faq for rim info: http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=138976

2004-2005 EX models sported the 5 spoke alloys which are also 15x6. honda decided to throw on brigdestone potenza 195/60/15 which was a good move imo.

Oh okay, great!! I need to purchase a new set of tires for mine & I was interested in getting the 195 instead of 185. Now I know for sure that I'm getting the 195. Thanks for the info.

check out the tire calculator on the site. its on top right hand corner under quick links.

195/60/15 would be an ideal choice for an upgrade over 185/65/15 imo. if you want to go ever further, 205/55/15 would work out but of course, that size would affect your odometer more.
