Why are you trying to lower it, or make it seem faster? what is the point of going with such a small rim?

Small wheel = Low Rotational Inertia = Faster acceleration. Tie that in with a "Short" tire, and you effectivly shorten the gearing of the car = Even Faster acceleration. and if its a wide wheel.. like a 13X7.... then you'd be even better off. Esentially, for racing, be it Drag or what not, you want to run the smallest wheel you can fit over your calipers. but unfortunatly for us, Im pretty sure the smallest we can go is 14"

The smallest you can go is 14-in. due to caliper clearance. I'm sure, I have 14-in. Brake disc diameter is the same in all 7th gen models.

volks makes 13's, advan makes 13's, if you look around there are a few companys that make 13's.

and 14's are the lowest we can go.
