how often do you replace your brakes?

how often do you replace (about how many miles) your front brake pads (assuming those wear out before the rears)?

It all based on your individual driving habits and how much braking you do. For instance, I havent had to replace my brakes yet on my '02 with +30K miles. Theres a built in squeek indicator on the front brakes that are suppose to let you know when its time to replace your brakes. Personally, I would just keep an eye on the amount of pad you have left and replace them when its gets thin.

I own a 2001, I bought it brandnew,I drive it everyday, and I didnt have to replace the front pads until just a couple of months ago. I replaced them with genuine honda pads.

I still have the originals in the rear and they're still in good shape. Just require a little adjustment every once in a while.

I have the og rear pads

The front rotors I have to get turn for the second time because they are warpped and I might have to replace the pads depending on how the pads look. I have replaced the front pads about a year ago.

I do mostly city driving and my pads are almost gone, so it's looking like 30k-35k in my case.

downshifting with a manual trans adds life to your brakes, thats how mine lasted so long IMO.

I replace my brake pads and shoes every time they wear out....

Seriously though, My 1st set of Stock pads lasted some 60,000 miles.... with 1 season of autocross on them too.
