Well....

The P400 Touring is just a Standard allseason Touring tire...
the Ziex 512 is a High perfromance all season tire..

SO, The 512 should do much better in regards to dry traction... How long will they last... not sure, the p400 has a tread wear of 420 where the 512 has two tread wears depending on which one you get 360(UHP) and 420(60/65 Series) so... its hard to tell, the P400 may last longer, but then you cant really compair tread wear # between brands.

The Falkens will easliy grip better, but you cant expect a grippier tire to last longer then a touring tire. Just wont happen. The tire compounds are designed differently so higher grip USUALLY means less milage out of them.
