Yes, get them profesionally powder coated.

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

If you pay more than 45 to get a 15" wheel powdercoated I think you're overpaying. I got mine done a special order color and it only cost me $36 a wheel.
If I did them in a basic solid color (like black or white, or plain grey) then it would have been about $27.
