Question about Brake Line Leak?

Is it possible to seal a leak in the brake line? My dad has a 2000 Kia Sportage and thinks he has a leak in the brake lines. He is noticing that his brake fluid level keeps dropping and under the car there is little fluid spots. If there is a hole or cut or something where it is leaking, is it possible to seal it up without having to replace the brake line? If so, what can he use? I am thinking the only way is to replace the brake line, but wanted to see if there was a way to seal it.

NO. You cannot seal a leaking brake line. They operate at thousands of psi of pressure. No seal will hold together. Brake lines are extremely inexpensive to replace. A leaking brake line is an accident waiting to happen.
