Stock wheel weights

Just wondering how heavy the 04 ex wheels are.
Also how light can 15 inch wheels get?

I think the stock 15" steel wheels are 19LBS and the Allyos are like 16 (But dont quote me on that)

as far as how light a 15 can get..... well, about 9 LBS is about as light as they get (And still be street legal) There are some non-Street legal wheels in the Sub 9LBS but you wouldnt want to run them any where but a race track (Drag or Road Course) an example of this would be Keizer race wheels

16 lb isn't so bad at all, definately not bad enough so that I could justify for myself spending $$ for lighter/faster wheels.
Might as well just save it and put some into nice tires when the time comes.

Thanks

A 17 @ 15lbs has about the same rotational inertia of the Stock 15" steel wheel...

yah ... stock alloys are actually pretty light in comparison to A LOT of the aftermarket wheels out there ...

the lightest wheels that I've seen are the racing hart cp-035's

The bigest problem with them is how narrow they are... Performance wise, you want a 15X7, the stock alloys are at most 15X5.5
