New Wheels - Need Choices!

I'm looking for some new wheels for my 03' eternal blue ex vic. I am looking for white wheels - I think they look the best with the eternal blue. I was wondering what is the betterm option though - to buy the wheels (plain silver or something) and have them painted white or buy the painted from the factory. I assume it would be easier to have them pre-painted though.

I'm looking for 16s and would possibly go to 17s. I don't want the ride to suffer much and I'm not looking much in terms of performance. I guess anything thats not slower than my current wheels would be fine. My vic is bone stock at the moment and I plan on keeping it that way in terms of look (no bodykit or spoiler) - so I'm trying to keep it as clean as possible.

I'm very much a noob so any options of white wheels and pictures would be great! Thanks in advance!

I had tenzo r shu 4 in white... check my ride for photos... they look really nice, but they are heavy as hell, since you are all about show then no problem for you. the only problem with white rims is they are a bitch to clean... just my .02

You're almost always better off buying them factory finished the way you want. Most decient to good wheels come powdercoated (cheapies usually don't, however I think Rotas are powdercoated). Basically, painted wheels suck. It chips off, its easy to mess up and you just don't want to go there unless you are real cheap, like recoloring them every so often or want to strip them and powdercoat them. Paint is a lot easier to discolor than PC. As far as white... I'm just not a fan. Never was. They look ok on a white car provided the match is dead on ( yes there are differences in the color white). However the car is going to need a lowering job. I found that out. Yeah, I guess you could drive around stock, but a wheel with any sort of openness will magnify that huge wheel gap. Its just one of those things.
As far as blue... Try bronze or gold if you want to be different.

I was thinking about lowering it soon but the the funds just aren't there yet. Bronze is an option - looks good with the blue - never really though of doing bronze.

jttegx has a spectacular aura aboutjttegx has a spectacular aura about
i have the exact same car

if i were to choose some wheels, it'd definately be the rota circuit 8 in bronze because:

1) bronze and blue = sexyness
2) gunmetal is played out, its not even funny
3) lightweight for an 16" rim, looks great/best on most honda's
4) "japanese tuner look"
5) if you get tired of them, their would always be a interested buyer if your willing to sell. ppl like me like handydowns lol

wheels without a drop would look like a 4x4. but i seen civics with 5 spoke rims like the racing hart c5's or rs limited 5 spoked rims which looked "decent". it just added a drop of sugar to the sweetness of the ride.

white on blue eH?

I was actually thinking about the C5's - but my list is still small and limited to my knowledge.
