where to get estimate for damaged rims?

hey

i need to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix a bent rim, anyone know of a place that i can go to to get an estimate?

or maybe you can give me a suggestion actually. im gonna make a claim to the city because their road construction screwed up my rims, should i submit the estimate for fixing the rim or the cost of a new rim?

VTECTypeR is an unknown quantity at this point
it would be better to get a new rim than fixing it. ive looked everywhere and the cheapest it is is like 150 a rim
