19x8 .......+40 minimum and +50 maximum (drop up to 2.5 on 40,41,42,48,49,50) drop up to 3.5 on 43,44,45,46,47.
19x7.5......+34minimum and +56 maximum (as above 34-36,54-56 max 2.5), rest 3.5
19x7.........+28min and +62 max
with above stay in middle for better fitment hanging toooo low you will rub in front on big bumps, or w/ suspension w/o Damper/stiffness control. also with the ultra lows you will have to cut a lil plastic off ur rear bumper under the mount point in fender....also the screw in fender might have to be shaved down a bit and upper rear fender rolled.
middle #'s are fine you wont HAVE to roll or modify but in the rears expect a 1 degree - camber issue
upper numbers..... no rolling no scrubbing at alll... u might have a "little" rub on the gas tank(rear driver side) but thats occasional w/ high capacity weight loads.(does not hurt gas tank just a lil noise) warning.... when tires fully turned the right if turning left and left if turning right wheel will rub minorly and sound worse when in reverse... does not hurt anything just unwanted nioise.
with larger wheels u can fit a higher offset like the 50-56 etc i was talking about and it will clear the rear suspension arm.... but on 18" super high might scrape on the suspension arm(such as noticed on scions in the rear) minor shaving or even easier a spacer can be put in and wil fit fine.
other than that... i dont think theirs anything else i can tell you.
btw what size wheels u looking to get?

how about 225/45/18 on 18x7.5 42mm offset. willl those fit fine if i dont drop and how much of a drop can i look at doing? i use to have 215/45/17 and i only had maybe an inch in the front of my bumper from hitting the front bumper cuz of the tsunami front bumper. when i would turn the wheel i had maybe an inch of space inbetween. would that have to be shaved for 225 to fit or no? my cars not dropped but i hope to get it dropped soon.
btw, riley, do u sell rims cuz i see u always asking people to pm u and u'll hook them up, cuz im looking at a specific axis rim if u got any deals on them. thanx

slick civic...
them rims fit fine.... i pmed you... but why do u insist on 225/40 them r wide and depending on brand they will rub... go with a 215/40 their only 7.5" wide and 215 is more than enuff.... dont worry about ur tsunami.. and ur fender... i can drop a car 3.5 on them tires and not rub... and the front has enuff space just practice driving correctly.... my car is like 1" off the ground (front/back) and .75" on the sides and i have never bottomed out once. :-)

Thanks for all the help guys
and riley im looking to get either 17s or 16s lightweight forged wheels
I am just trying to figure out whats the widest rim and tire i can fit without any major modafications, like fender flares. Since the wheel will be pretty
expensive, i want to get the correct offset in order to fit the wheels and tires
without any problems.
