i m looking to buy some rims for my 03 black civic. is there any good rims that is black with red lips. i want like 18 or 19. or if anyone have a good opinion on wt to get for a black vic please do that as well thanks

Because nobody makes Black wheels with Red lip in 18,19'S.

Mugen RNR's come in Black Wheels with Red lip.
But They don't come in 18 or 19's.

couldn't you buy some black rims and then take them to a shop to get the lip powder coated red?

The ONLY rim I know of that comes that big with a red lip is the Super Advan, and the only car I know of that those look good on is an S14 or S15 Silvia. And they don't do 4x100s that big. So I guess you're SOL. Just paint or powercoat them.
