I wanna put new rims/tires on my'02 lx civic coupe.. i was wondering if i get 16 inch do i have to put expensive low pro tires on them? My civic isnt lowered or anything its all stock. Also are like all those tire/rim deals you see floating around anygood?
any help would be greatly apreciated(i know nothing about tires or wheels and im getting really confused)

No you don't have to put Exspensive low pros on. And some of those tire and rim deals are good but some of them are so cheap because of the quality of them to.

Buy rims and tires separately unless its from Tire Rack, Discount tire or some other vendor who lets you select the tire and the rim separately and you know what you're getting. These $500 rim and tire deals are cheap junk or defects and you don't want them. If you're buying a decient set of budget 16s, Rotas, Konigs or something, $750-$900 is a fair range of what you should spend.
