What type of pads??

Ok, I have read through numerous threads and I am still left with my question unanswered. I am changing my pads and rotors and want to know the a good street performance pad to replace the OEM pads. All I get out of the the threads are mixed reviews. Pleasssse help....

For street use, any of the many Ceramic pads out there will do. They will have a higher inital bite then stock, Higher temp resistance and have low dusting chariteristics.
the AEM/Nissin pads would be an example.
For rotors, I'd say go with a Blank rotor, or at most a slotted one (will eat pads quicker) Brembo makes good quality Blanks (Look for OE replacements)

lease: This is the same as it is with tires, and everything else. What works for someone, doesn't for someone else. Go through it, obviously the same pads keep coming up, so pick one. People wouldn't buy them if they didn't work. Me personally, I'm waiting for a set of Axxis Ultimates to show up. On the other hand, I had no problems at all with the OEM pads, even on the autox course. How some people can obliterate them in 10K miles is beyond me. Thread
