Here's what my car looked like 2 days ago:



Here's what I found when I walked out of my apartment yesterday:



Now I need new rims and tires, and I've decided to look on the bright side, it gives me an opportunity to buy new rims and tires.... and it could have been a LOT worse



Does anyone have any suggestions? What do you think would look good on my ride?

I don't like chrome because I'm not into "bling bling-ing" my car out, so I like the way the old rims looked, but I'd like to get 17's and some low profile tires..... ANY suggestions would be GREAT!

I think he ment wheel locks. . . but yeah, u get to buy new wheels (kinda) how much $$$ do u have for the wheels? look around, there are lotsa great buys for wheels now-a-days.

i feel violated just looking at that picture. did u have locks? just by looking at that pic it looks like the rear should be sittin on the ground, due to the placement of the blocks.

It's balancing on 2 cinderblocks... the driver's side is in the front, and the passenger's side has a block closer to the rear.... 1 good breeze or if some dumb kid leans on it... BOOM... it's over!

Anyway, I've got about 1,400 to spend (insurance) and I'll DEFINATELY be getting locking wheel lugs this time!!!

ANY ideas of what would look good on it?

Thats bull$hit. I hate when people dont respect someone else's stuff. As for wheels I have no idea. But I would tell the insurance company that the blocks could have "possibly" scratched your paint, and that you want some money to repair that too. Just a thought.

He did get 1400 dollars, thats more than enough to get some decent rims.
I would buy some rims for no more than 800, even if theire used, and use the rest to lower it.

dam man, sorry to hear. i have the exact wheels too and i hope i dont get mine stolen. i was thinking about leaving a hidden mark on the rim and everytime i see the rim in a parking lot... i would check it out to see if they WAS mine.

but look on the bright side... u HAVE to get new wheels.. i was thinking about sellin my stock alloys and tell my old man that someone stole them just so i can get sum dam rota's.

damn man, that sucks. get some locks for your wheels next time. I suggest getting about 2-3 different locks for each wheel. Thats one way to keep your mind at ease.

If I were you I would definetly move out of that apartment complex and second if that isnt a option, then dont get rims because if your stock tires were jacked, imagine what will happen if you had rims.

that sucks.. you got an SI rims that's why.. here in my place.. SI rims are in demand LOL thieves will definitely still it.. I have a friend who just got an SI rims.. told her she should put a lock lug nuts... coz like what mentioned.. SI rims are in demand for low-life bitches!

dang man sorry to hear that.. looks like my bar back in august. The thieves did it in my garage and stripped out my entire stereo (speakers/wires/amps/subs/radar) and then jacked my wheels to go with it as well. Atleast you got insurance cash, i didn't get anything in return. Had to buy it all back
