ok, i just picked up my set of new Racing Hart wheels from my local shop. However, I didn't receive the hex wrench tool that you use to tighten/loosen the center cap. Is it supposed to come with one?? I think so. I guess I gotta call the guy up and complain a lil. If it's not supposed to though, where can I find one online for cheap? Or do one of you guys have one that you wouldnt mind me having . thanks

You should have gotten one with Your wheels. I did. Call the shop up and ask where it's at.
