Tire rub ?

I've checked thru the forum and i've seen that some people are fitting 205/60/15's on 6.5in rims. If i'm not mistaken stock ex rims are 6in. So my question is that since i need replacement tires to fit on my stock rims will 205's fit. I'm thinking about Potenza RE950's in this size, but i'm also concerned with tire rub when i do finally get up enough money to drop the car on some sportlines... or does the drop even affect which size tires i can use? thanks for you input

Yes, you can fit a 205 on a 6" wheel
