Vibrating when going 60 MPH or above
I just put my wheels on today and everything is fine except when I hit 60 MPH...The car starts to shake a little like they are out of balance....I know that they are balanced because the weights are on the wheels. Could it be the hub centra spacer things? I noticed that I didn't get these when I got my wheels...If so, can i get them at any tire place? Thanks in advance!!!

Sounds like a Hub centerin ring problem. and Yes you can get a set at your local tire store, or at least you should be able to. I forget the sizes you need.

Have the balance of the wheels rechecked. My car rode fine, then I had the dealership I work at rotate the tires. I then had a vibration at 60-70+ mph. When I went to work the next morning and had them checked, the balance was off. They were rebalanced and then rode smooth again.

"In theory" you can get away with no centering rings. Its tricky. But if you start with a torque wrench, and incrementally go across the lugnuts in the standard X pattern, increasing the torque each time, you'll get the wheel seated where it will roll true. But its tricky. So just go buy the centering rings.
