Here's what I'm going to get
I'm going to get some Rota Group N's that are stock size and weigh 12lbs each
And then for tires I'm deciding between (185/65R15):
Falken Ziex ZE-512 ($76.99) edit: holy crap I just found these for $54 + free s/h
Potenza RE950 ($70.00)
Kumho Ecsta HP4 716 ($40) (these got surprisingly good reviews for such a cheap tire)
Now, I have a question. Can I use Winter tires in the summer? Cuz I'm looking at some reviews of winter tires that are around $70-80 each and they all have snow ratings of 4/5 or so and a lot of them also have wet and dry ratings of 4-5/5!!! So if they're that awesome can I just use them all season?
Alright, thanks. If anyone has any comments about the three tires above, please share them.
Thanks.

Winter tires in the summer heat isn't smart. The compound is usually designed for cold, so running them hot will probably wear them out real fast.... or possibly even blister them.
If I had to choose between those 3, I'd get Bridgestones hands down.
