Exel make a good product?

Oh my gosh, found this great buy!!

Does Exel make a good wheel?

How is Wheelmax's service?

I love the Flash in Gunmetal for my 02 black sedan!

Let me know what you think!!!

http://www.wheelmax.com/

Also, could someone explain the difference between a 215-40 tire and a 215-45?
I read somewhere that I should get the 45s because I don't have my car lowered yet.

Pat

215-40 will be a 40% sidewall. 215-45 will be a 45% sidewall. That means that the tire will be x% as tall as it is wide. So, while you can have a 215-40 that is barely there, a 295-45 is gonna be pretty tall.

Unless you drive on REALLY nice roads, I'd go for -45.

I've never heard anything bad about Exels.

are you sure? I always thought that the sidewall numbers were in millimeters. like 205 width and 40 sidewall. cuz i know on my 205/40/17 parada spec IIs, the sidewall is not 40% of the width. that would be huge. i'd say about 20%

40% is the TOTAL sidewall height. so for 205/40 thats about 84mm. The sidewall is actually 42mm, and then the other 42 is on the opposite side of the rim. Its a sizing dimension for the diameter.
