Need new Tires

lookin for new tires for my 18's but the roads around here tend to suck...want to keep it low profile, while also leaving room for road noise and regular wear...what size and brand tire do you guys suggest. Also looking for a cheaper tire, nothing really expensive but no kumho's please, I hate them lol
