Different size rims on car!
I was on the road today and I saw two cars today. One was a 6thgen civic and the other one was like a 94' accord. Both had 15" rims on the front and 17"rims on the rear. Is this a new trend? Does it make driving better? It looked pretty ghetto to me!

I saw that on a Protege. I thought it had a crappy suspension job, then I spotted the nice rims, which were the same (factory) but had bigger tires in the rear.

Isnt that better for traction and cornering...not sure cause I dont that but Ive seen a couple of s2000s and Golfs with bigger rims in back and smaller in front.
I sure wish my car was newer

I know that a lot of powerful RWD cars do that. They'll run 17x8 in the front and like 18x9 or something in the back. It's so their back tires can get better traction (more tire gripping the road.)
It's absolutely pointless on a front wheel drive car.
